We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in the organization and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings.

Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Support the team in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Help create and maintain event budgets and schedules.
• Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown activities.
• Assist with registration processes and attendee communication.
• Provide general administrative support to the events team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for events and eagerness to learn about the industry.
