Business Development Representative

Role Description: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with law firms that can benefit from StrongSuit’s end-to-end AI litigation platform. This full-time, on-site role in Lehi, UT involves prospecting potential customers through cold and warm methods. Day-to-day tasks include building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at law firms, collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns, and providing feedback to product teams based on client needs. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and represent StrongSuit at industry events, webinars, or conferences to expand brand awareness and market reach. Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in business development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new accounts. Experience with relationship management, account management, and client success in a B2B or professional services environment. Ability to conduct effective conversations with stakeholders. Comfort with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management to track activities and outcomes. Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner. Background or familiarity with legal services, legal tech, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial. Proactive, self-directed work style with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
