Who You Are: You are a seasoned Media Buyer with a strong agency background, adept at navigating the complexities of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. With a minimum of four years in media buying, including significant experience with both Meta and Google Ads and a track record of managing monthly budgets over $100K, you are a strategic thinker who excels in growth marketing. You've also been the person a team turns to: you love breaking down hard problems with other strategists, teaching the why behind the what, and raising the bar for everyone around you.

Your Role:

Strategic Media Buying: Own and execute media buying on Meta and Google, managing budgets ranging from launch-stage brands to accounts spending $400K+/month.

Client Leadership: Act as the primary contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, campaign briefings, and review meetings. Ensure all client communications articulate the strategic vision and direct correlation to ROI.

Team Leadership: Lead our media buying and creative strategy team day to day. This is a player/coach seat: you carry your own accounts while mentoring the strategists around you, helping them break down issues, sharpening their strategic thinking, and pushing their work forward. You won't be a people manager sitting above the work. You'll be in it, setting the standard.

Cross-Platform Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment across ad creatives, funnel optimizations, and performance metrics.

Analytical Insight: Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign approaches continuously. Lead the charge in optimizing media spend, achieving superior return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving significant growth for our clients.

Innovative Campaign Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance. Regularly propose and test new strategies that push the envelope in digital marketing.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Deep Media Buying Expertise: Proven success in managing large-scale ad campaigns with extensive experience in both Meta and Google Ads.

Growth Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of growth strategies and the ability to implement campaigns that significantly increase ROAS.

Creative and Analytical Balance: Adept at marrying creative strategies with analytical rigor to ensure all campaigns are both innovative and results-driven.

Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex strategies and foster a proactive and collaborative team environment. You've made other media buyers better, and you can point to it.

Quality and Urgency: You move fast without shipping errors. You QA your own work before anyone else sees it, and you hold the same standard for the work around you.
