Anderson Sport and Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Lancaster, California. This full-time role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to deliver exceptional hands-on treatment, combined with advanced technological applications. Work Environment

Situated in the heart of Lancaster, California, our outpatient office provides a dynamic and supportive setting for our team of healthcare professionals. Here, you will have the opportunity to work on-site with an active patient population, primarily consisting of athletic and highly motivated individuals ranging from 35 years and older, along with some elite and professional athletes. Our clinic is equipped with high-end technology, including Normatec and the Neubie by NeuFit, frequently utilized to enhance patient recovery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines that reflect each individual's needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, often on a half-hour basis, with the support of an aide to assist with transitions and modalities.

• Engage in follow-up and new patient calls, ensuring effective communication with current and prospective clients; time for these tasks is covered during work hours.

• Complete detailed clinical documentation and progress summaries to keep other medical professionals informed about patient evaluations and treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are a diverse group of active individuals who largely value health and wellness and are dedicated to their recovery and physical performance. We often work with motivated patients who adhere to their home exercise programs and actively engage in lifestyle changes as part of their healing journey. Additionally, a portion of our caseload involves vestibular and post-concussion patients, making prior knowledge or experience in these areas advantageous.

Qualifications

• A valid physical therapist license in the state of California.

• A minimum of five years of direct experience in physical therapy.

• A robust background in manual therapy practices and techniques.

• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the field of physical therapy.

• Ability to teach small group fitness classes, engaging participants in their physical health.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates.

• Training in NAIOMT or IASTM techniques.

• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
