HR Generalist. Human Resources Generalist. Recruiter. NextStep Recruiting urgently requires an experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter for a manufacturing client in the Grand Prairie / Arlington, TX area.
Candidates should have:
- 1+ years (3+ years preferred) of HR Generalist and Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
- HR Generalist and Support experience with things like timekeeping, entering employee information, onboarding, etc.
- Experience with recruiting for hourly manufacturing-type roles
- Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, etc.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
