Shipping & Office Coordinator
Warsaw, IN| 20-22hr. | Day shift with possible overtime

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Office Coordinator to create work orders and scheduling of items around the office, copier maintenance, supplies and other office duties.  

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in routing or similar role.
• Prior experience with, or ability to learn, various computer systems including Oracle and Oracle, Transportation Management (OTM), Microsoft Streets and Maps Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Effectively communicate with all levels and functional areas of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of paperwork and information.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle or Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience.
• Microsoft Streets and Maps experience.
