Your Main Responsibilities as our Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager Design and lead a preventive maintenance program for heavy equipment and trucks. Implement and manage a company-wide parts inventory and usage tracking system. Work closely with finance to manage maintenance budgets and provide detailed cost reporting. Lead internal maintenance teams and coordinate with external vendors. Support safety compliance across all maintenance operations. What You Need to Bring to the Table 7-10 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience. 5+ years in scrap metal, recycling, or industrial environments. Prior hands-on mechanical experience preferred. Strong leadership and vendor management skills. Experience managing inventory and cost-control systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to nearby company sites.
