Job Overview A law firm seeks a seasoned Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join their employment litigation practice in Burbank, CA. Duties Lead and manage employment litigation matters through all phases, including trial and appeal. Serve as first or co-chair in trials, arbitrations, and hearings. Conduct complex depositions and argue dispositive motions. Develop case strategies and oversee junior associates and paralegals. Provide strategic counsel and maintain client relationships. Conduct legal research and draft high‑stakes pleadings. Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations. Assist in business development and monitor legal developments. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. 5-10 years of employment litigation experience. Trial, arbitration, or administrative hearing experience. Strong command of California employment law. Proven motion practice experience in state and federal court.
