Litigation Associate

Powerhouse boutique litigation focused law firm is looking to grow and hire a talented experienced litigation attorney to join their ranks. You must have an active California bar license in good standing, at least 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience from a top tier practice (Am Law 100 or equivalent), nationally recognized academic credentials, and a track record of success handling day-to-day litigation responsibilities. Exceptional legal writing skills are non-negotiable (Law Review, Clerkship, and/or publications are persuasive credentials). You must have the ability and desire to handle cases from inception to resolution (i.e. trial, mediation, arbitration, etc.). The ability to work effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a client-focused approach to problem-solving and having a keen eye for litigation strategy. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a collegial and results driven environment with attorneys who genuinely enjoy the process of litigation and working with clients to get favorable results. No formal billable requirement. This is an on-site opportunity with flexibility as needed.
