This individual will oversee the financial operations for five business entities, with the primary focus on Telesource, the largest and most complex organization within the portfolio.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses with complex financial needs. The Finance Manager will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, intercompany transactions, payroll oversight, and profitability analysis while partnering directly with executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:• Manage financial operations across five business entities• Perform monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and fund transfers between entities• Support and oversee three separate payroll processes• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payroll tax requirements• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close activities• Conduct profit and cost analyses to support business decision-making• Monitor cash flow and financial performance across multiple entities• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls• Assist with benefits administration and other finance-related HR functions as needed• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives• Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and proprietary internal systems to manage financial operations• Support continuous process improvements as the organization continues to grow
