What You’ll Do: • Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline • Educate customers on coverage options and policy details • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

What We’re Looking For: • Proven sales experience (insurance, financial services, or related field preferred) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable having sales conversations and closing deals • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
