Project Manager

Project Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication

Join a structural steel fabricator at the center of the country's largest mission-critical builds - 5,000+ ton projects shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow. This is a company built for scale, precision, and long-term growth, and it's looking for a Project Manager ready to help lead that next chapter.

This team values clear communication, early collaboration, and practical decision-making. Project Managers are involved from detailing and fabrication planning through delivery - not brought in after the fact. The culture rewards ownership, technical rigor, and forward thinking.

The Work Environment

• Direct access to executive leadership and decision-makers
• Full ownership of fabrication projects from planning through delivery
• Close coordination across detailing, shop production, and field teams — not a siloed role
• A company actively investing in modern fabrication capability and long-term capacity

The Projects

• Large-scale, mission-critical structural steel fabrication
• High-tonnage scopes at 5,000+ tons per project
• Work supporting major infrastructure, industrial, and energy builds
• Projects that shape the built environment for decades to come

Why This Role Stands Out

• A fabricator positioning itself at the forefront of large-scale, complex steel work
• Genuine influence over project execution, planning, and delivery outcomes
• Exposure to career-defining, high-tonnage projects
• Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience

If you want to lead the projects that move the industry forward instead of just keeping pace with it, we want to talk.
