Occupational Therapist

Plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.

Candidate will work three days in Marshall, MI and two days in Battle Creek, MI (14231 Beadle Lake Road, Battle Creek, MI). Facilities are 17 miles apart.

Dress code: Business casual, or solid scrubs.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload/during interview will not be approved!! No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Client will not consider candidates within 50 miles of either facility.

Requirements:

• 1+ years OT Adult/Peds experience - Required
• Michigan OT License- Required
• Must have strong peds experience - Required
• Previous travel experience - Preferred
• Traveler must have a clean driving record and their own insurable vehicle for this need
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
