Human Resources/Risk Manager Monthly Salary: $10,599.59 - $14,204.46 Work Schedule: 4/10 (four days of work, ten hours per day) Benefits: Comprehensive package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, and paid time off. Qualifications Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience performing multiple phases of human resources and risk management programs, preferably in a public sector environment. Minimum three years of supervisory or mid‑level management experience within a government agency. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field. Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field (preferred). IPMA Certified Professional (CP), Senior Certified Professional (SCP), or SHRM certificate is desirable.
