• 22-$30 per hour Certified RBTs (rate is based upon experience)
• 20 per hour Non-RBTs

Expected Hours: 35 per week Annual Pay Reviews: Increases based on skill, performance, and experience. Commitment to Full-Time Hours: 35-40 hours per week, giving you a stable platform to make a difference. Your Role in Transforming Lives As a member of our team, you’ll provide center, home, and school-based ABA therapy for children with Autism, applying principles of ABA to bring positive, lasting change. Every session is an opportunity to make a difference. Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of a 40-hour certification. GED/High School Diploma Reliable Vehicle & Medicaid Provider ID Experience with Children Not certified? No problem! We’ll guide you and provide the resources to get started.
