What You’ll Do:

Make a real difference in the lives of kids ages 2–6 through 1-on-1 ABA therapy :

Teach life-changing skills (communication, play, self-help & more)
Build confidence and independence
Celebrate progress (big and small!)
Support families with compassion
Work with a positive, team-driven environment

No Experience? No Problem.

We’ll train you and pay for your RBT certification, all you need is the right attitude and heart.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
✔ Positive, reliable, and caring personality
✔ Passion for helping children grow and succeed
✔ Willing to complete CPR training & pass background check
✔ Ready to earn (or already have) your RBT certification—we’ve got you covered!
