Yes Interview Process (Is face to face required?): Yes (either of above three locations)Minimum years of experience required: 6+ Certification needed: No (AWS is preferred though) Must Have Skills: Java, Springboot, Kafka Nice to Have Skills: AWS, MQJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Java & Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and modern distributed architectures, along with excellent communication skills for working in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring BootBuild and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services using KafkaEnsure application scalability, performance, and securityIntegrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS) and messaging systems (MQ/Kafka)Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and DevOpsFollow best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile methodologiesRequired SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development Proficiency in Apache Kafka / messaging systems Good understanding of API design, security, and integration patterns Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with AWS services Knowledge of MQ Exposure to Banking / Financial Services domain Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesWorking ModelHybrid / Onsite (as per project requirements)
