Repair or replace worn parts such as belts, filters, fluids, and mechanical components before they cause major failuresMaintain Centralized Material vacuum and dust collection systems weeklyDocument maintenance activities, service records that are in compliance in keeping schedule of the preventive maintenance (key player in site Launch and implementation of CMMS)Collaborate with Multiple departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to operationsPromote Safety Compliance, following all company policies, safety rules, and regulations while performing tasks Required Skills and QualificationsIndividual: Motivated/ Driven, Attention to detail, Honest, Hard workingEducation: High school diploma is typically sufficient; an associate or bachelor’s degree in technical, industrial, or mechanical fields is advantageousExperience: Prior experience in industrial equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or as an assistant/supervisor in similar roles is preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools. A working Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting procedures are preferred. Computer Skills: Basic, Excel, Word.
