Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments in areas including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab Unit.


• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure consistent patient care.


• Float between various units as needed to support patient load and facility needs.


• Document patient care and treatments accurately in Epic charting system.


• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and adjust care plans.


• Maintain high standards of patient care consistent with facility and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington.


• Minimum one year of acute care experience required.


• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and float between units.


• Experience with various therapeutic techniques such as edema massage and kinesiotaping.
