You will oversee the configuration and administration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our user community. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, providing end-to-end administration, configuration, implementation, and maintenance to support OIT operations. You will leverage your IT expertise to integrate systems, support business processes, and ensure that our ServiceNow environment is optimized, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.Serve as the primary ServiceNow expert, providing guidance and technical leadership for system configuration, integration, and maintenance. Demonstrated ability to assess cost, risk, and performance factors in IT projects. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience: Experience with Agile, DevOps, or ITIL frameworks. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
