Role Name - QA Tester


Role Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate contracted testing resources as needed
• Ensure all test cases meet Equitable Advisors standards and are properly documented in Azure DevOps
• Review test results for completeness and quality
• Monitor and report testing progress against milestones and timelines
• Facilitate defect triage and ensure timely resolution and retesting
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
• Provide status reporting and escalate risks/issues as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation of testing outcomes


Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of QA/testing experience in financial services
• Strong experience coordinating large-scale testing efforts
• Prior experience with advisor platforms, wealth management, or banking systems
• Deep understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with large-scale system migrations or transformation programs
• Exposure to LPL Financial's ClientWorks, Account View, or similar platforms
• Understanding of end-to-end business workflows in financial services
