CoWorx Staffing Services is actively seeking candidates with Assembly experience in Wallingford, CT and surrounding areas on 1st and 2nd shift. Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift: 6am – 2:30pm or 7am – 3:30pm 2nd shift: 2pm – 10:30pm or 3:30pm – 11:30pm
Responsibilities: Perform a variety of manual and semi routine duties Read and interpret oral and written instructions for assembly Use hand tools and/or packaging equipment to package sub final assemblies and prepare for shipping Complete production records as required Expected to meet basic assembly standards Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition Soldering Exp. a plus
Desired Background/Skills: Good Communication/Team Work Occasional Overtime as needed Adherence to Radiall's attendance policy Understanding KPIs and production targets Cooperation and understanding of changing priorities
