Accounting Assistant Location: Springfield, Missouri. Salary: $61,500 – $98,500 per year. Job Type: Full Time. About the Role Doing Steel is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of the accounting team. You will assist in several areas of the accounting department, primarily in HR, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. General accounting knowledge is required. Key Requirements Experience in Accounts Payable Experience in Accounts Receivable General Accounting Knowledge Key Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment Type: Full time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industry: Construction Benefits & Additional Info Drug screening and a criminal background check are mandatory. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Paid time off (PTO) begins accruing the first week of employment. A benefits package is available for full‑time personnel after an initial waiting period.
