Assistant Project Manager

Key tasks:

Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, site visits, and project timelines.
Manage emails, project documentation, and administrative tasks.
Support Project Managers by tracking progress and following up on action items.
Ensure a positive customer experience while keeping projects organized and on schedule.

Key skills: Strong customer service, communication, scheduling, organization, and proficiency with email and Microsoft Office tools. Construction/project coordination experience is a plus.

Qualifications for the Assistant Project Manager:

2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
