Loss Mitigation Vendor Monitoring Manager

Job Title The role is responsible for managing a repossession network of 100 vendors to ensure compliance, efficiency, and coverage. The candidate will monitor vendor documentation, onboard and offboard vendors, identify new vendors to close coverage gaps, and provide ongoing feedback and training. Essential Job Functions Possess a general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes, including repossession, skip tracing, and vendor management. Maintain strong attention to detail, analyze reporting, and administer process controls and optimizations. Provide feedback to vendors to maintain compliance and prevent interruptions in repossession services. Monitor zip code coverage for vendors and adjust strategically to address gaps, ensuring efficient network performance. Administer continuous feedback and training to vendors to reinforce compliance and the impact of non compliance. Identify and recommend methods to improve processes and business operations for greater efficiency and compliance. Provide leadership with pertinent information to maximize vendor network compliance and proactively plan for vendor succession. Travel up to 25 percent of the time to evaluate potential vendors, prospect new partnerships, and optimize the repossession network. Leadership potential, with capacity to lead, manage, and grow within the organization. Education & Experience Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum: 2 or more years of experience in a Loss Mitigation or Vendor Oversight environment. Knowledge of repossession vendor compliance requirements is a plus. Work required on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and up to 25 percent travel.
