Your Next Role: Polymer Extrusion Line Operator

Be the operator who keeps quality high, waste low, and production humming. We’re hiring immediately in Canandaigua, NY.

Pay: $22.34–$22.84/hour, paid weekly
Bonus: $2,000 sign-on
Shifts: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:30 PM–8:00 AM

What you’ll do

Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently to meet targets for utilization, quality, and scrap.
Troubleshoot and correct issues through adjustments to machine components and operating settings.
Drive improvements by proposing and implementing better ways of working.
Complete quality inspections and enter results promptly.
Run to documented Standard Line Conditions.
Use production performance reporting tools accurately and on time.

What you’ll bring

1+ year of manufacturing experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
Team-oriented approach and adaptability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
