Senior Compensation Partner

Leading compensation strategy and execution across multiple countries, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, designing and scaling compensation programs that support growth and enable fair, competitive, compliant, data-driven decisions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead compensation strategy and execution across base pay, incentives, equity, and global compensation planning Design and improve compensation programs aligned with business strategy, market data, and pay-for-performance principles Advise senior leaders and People Business Partners on compensation decisions, job leveling, and organizational changes Required qualifications 8-11 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related People function, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, job pricing, and equity program design Proven experience supporting global compensation programs, particularly in the U.S. and India Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex compensation data into clear recommendations Hands-on experience with compensation planning tools and HRIS platforms, such as Workday or Carta
