Responsibilities What You'll Do: Implement and complete tactical marketing plans as set by the Senior Director of Marketing to meet or exceed tour flow. Recruit, hire and train Team Members for Marketing programs. Champion Hilton quality customer care values throughout all Marketing channels. Maintain performance management standards, compensation plans and reporting Marketing programs. Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants and hotel partners to support regional needs. Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production, team building and culture. Mentor the Marketing team in "guest service" and "how to book tours" on a weekly basis. Qualifications What You'll Bring: 1 year of supervisory and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment. 1 year of timeshare marketing experience. Ability to effectively manage people and scheduling for a large team. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication. Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines. Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 2+ years of people management experience and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment. Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations. Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish. BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
