Responsibilities Provides accurate, courteous, and timely professional service to existing and prospective members. Process deposits to checking or savings accounts and disburses cash or check withdrawals; process checks and other transactions. Provides money orders, credit card cash advances, receives loan payments and service charge payments for services. Process transfers between accounts and automatic distribution forms, recording all transactions according to member's request Operates on?line teller terminal and accurately records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions. Assist members by providing information and answering questions about the credit union services and requirements/eligibility. Analyze member activity and cross sell other products and services to fit member needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Some college level coursework preferred. Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems.
