Field Construction Coordinator

Job Description Job Description ** Role Summary ** Supports field construction operations by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, assisting with subcontractor communication, and maintaining project documentation. Works closely with Superintendent and Project Management to ensure field activities align with project plans. ** Responsibilities ** Assist Superintendent with daily field coordination activities Track labor, materials, and subcontractor activity on active jobs Maintain daily logs, field reports, and photo documentation Support scheduling updates and look-ahead planning Coordinate deliveries, site access, and basic logistics Assist in compiling punch lists and closeout documentation Communicate field updates to Project Manager and Superintendent Help monitor jobsite safety compliance (reporting level only) Assist with invoice review coding and basic documentation support Support inspection coordination (scheduling, not execution responsibility) Track project progress against schedule and flag delays ** Requirements ** 1–3 years construction field experience Basic understanding of construction sequencing Ability to read plans (basic/intermediate) Strong organization and communication skills Proficient in Excel / reporting tools Exposure to field coordination or trade background preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Pipeline Realty
