Occupational Health Team Lead

Abbott seeks an Occupational Health Team Lead for its Toxicology division in Kansas City, Missouri. The role involves leading a team supporting occupational health service events, clinic operations, and data management while serving as the escalation point for operational issues and driving quality and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to Occupational Health Coordinators and Data Entry Representatives
• Train and onboard new team members while monitoring progress and providing performance feedback
• Serve as primary escalation point for clinic account issues and coordinate resolution with clients
• Monitor team productivity, documentation quality, and follow-up activities to meet operational goals
• Partner with management to identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform Occupational Health Coordinator and Data Entry Representative duties
• Cross-training capability across all departmental functions within 30 days
• Demonstrated experience coordinating work, training others, or providing operational guidance
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution (preferred)
• Experience leading, mentoring, or training team members in operations
• Proven ability to handle escalated customer or account issues

Compensation: $20.50–$41.00/hour
