Legal Secretary/Paralegal Hybrid, Onsite

Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP We have an opening for an experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal (hybrid) to support litigation attorneys working out of our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys and work independently. Responsibilities Preparing e‑filings for court, scheduling depositions involving many parties, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry, preparing expense reports (ChromeRiver), and day‑to‑day responsibilities.
