Executive Security Support Specialist - ATEC Headquarters

E-Logic is hiring a qualified Executive Security Support Specialist to provide administrative and security support for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Headquarters Command Group at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland . This role supports headquarters operations by coordinating administrative activities, managing security-related responsibilities, and providing professional front-office support in a high-visibility government environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and security support to the ATEC Command Group and headquarters personnel. Professionally greet and assist visitors, ensuring adherence to visitor access and security protocols. Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and support scheduling requirements for command leadership. Conduct daily security checks and maintain accountability of classified containers and sensitive materials in accordance with security procedures. Handle incoming calls, correspondence, deliveries, and office communications in a professional and timely manner. Track action items, suspense dates, and administrative deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain organized files, records, and documentation while supporting document control and office operations. Ensure compliance with applicable government security procedures and administrative protocols . Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a professional or military headquarters environment . Strong ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, military personnel, and government officials . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, administrative, and document control skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Experience handling sensitive or classified administrative processes is preferred.
