Accounting Manager Bristol, IN | On‑site We are seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager to oversee day‑to‑day accounting and administrative operations for a manufacturing site in Bristol, IN. This role supports AP, AR, payroll, basic GL, tax filings, banking activity, and local HR administration, while supervising a small administrative team. Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, billing issues, and monthly reconciliations Prepare journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations Manage payroll processing, tax filings (941, 940, W‑2, 1099), and benefits support Handle banking activity including ACH, deposits, and wire transfers Support onboarding, compliance, and general HR administration Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and administrative staff Qualifications Manufacturing or construction accounting experience preferred Comfortable working in a hands‑on, plant‑based environment Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
