Defense Business Program Leader

The Opportunity As a Business Program Leader, you will provide mission support for the planning, coordination, and execution of Army, Joint, and multinational exercises, leveraging simulations and advanced technical expertise. You will manage and mentor a team to ensure Army missions are fully supported and executed through performance in Warfighter Exercises (WFX), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), and steady‑state activities, in collaboration with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and client senior leadership. Responsibilities Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provide mission support for exercise planning and execution. Mentor and manage team members, ensuring performance and compliance with Army mission requirements. Coordinate with COR and client leadership to align program goals and activities. Oversee personnel management, including recruiting, discipline, and financial responsibilities. You Have 10+ years of experience leading large teams and programs, and developing strategies. Experience utilizing simulations in support of Army, Joint, and multinational exercises. Senior leadership experience in a key developmental position at Corps or Division level. Experience serving as a Colonel. Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine. Graduate of War College, including MEL 1. Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have Experience as a Brigade Commander. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. TS/SCI clearance. Master’s degree. Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Projected salary range: $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). Additional compensation includes health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Work Model Remote – occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required. Hybrid – expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with additional customer visits. Onsite – primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
