Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide essential therapeutic services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working with patients in both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.

Shift Details

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (may also include 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver intensive therapy to stroke and orthopedic patients, emphasizing rehabilitation for improved patient outcomes.
Work collaboratively with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients preparing to transition to home or the next level of care.
Provide three hours of focused therapy each day to ensure optimal recovery and functionality for patients.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient needs and responses to therapy.

Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
