Senior Staff Accountant

Our partner, a well‑established and growing manufacturing company in the Twinsburg area, is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, month‑end close activities, accounts receivable oversight, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with leadership. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze month‑end financial statements Complete bank and account reconciliations Process customer invoicing and apply customer payments Monitor accounts receivable and maintain accurate customer records Administer customer incentive programs and related reporting Perform weekly accounts payable check runs and banking uploads Assist with annual audits and provide supporting documentation Generate financial reports and support special projects as needed Identify and implement accounting process improvements Provide backup support for accounts payable and administrative functions when necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills ERP system experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Anderson Biro Staffing
