Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients of all ages on assigned units and to consult for Carle Home Care. The role represents the hospital on the Diabetes Team and collaborates with multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality nutrition care. The Dietitian will screen nutritional status, plan care, provide education to patients and families, and assist in menu planning. Candidate must hold IDFPR licensure and be a Registered Dietitian (CDR). #J-18808-Ljbffr
