IT Consultant

Salary: $65,000 - 74,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems
• Strong administration skills with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune (MDM), and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory (IAM)
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and common environments such as Meraki and Unifi
• Understanding of the SOC2 compliance framework
• Strong troubleshooting ability with an emphasis on clear, well-documented resolutions
• Experience supporting MacOS is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms is a plus
• Experience with additional MDM platforms such as Jamf or Kandji is a plus
• Experience with additional IAM tools such as Okta or JumpCloud is a plus

• Act as the dedicated IT support resource handling a high volume of tickets while meeting SLA goals and delivering quality fixes
• Support client onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment shipment coordination
• Troubleshoot intermediate to advanced computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and Windows
• Provision, set up, and maintain laptops, workstations, and user accounts
• Assist with IT rollout projects, including MDM deployments, network changes, and hardware implementations
• Oversee physical assets such as inventory, cabling, and general workspace organization
• Create and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices aligned with compliance needs such as SOC2 and HIPAA
• Help build automations and tools, especially for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Mentor and support junior team members as we grow the role

We are expanding support for a key client and hiring an IT Consultant to provide dedicated after-hours coverage and keep operations running smoothly. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days onsite with the client, with a Monday-Friday shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The compensation range is $65,000 to $74,000, and compensation may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
