IT Support Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a IT Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users across a cloud-based environment in Las Colinas, Texas. This role focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while helping maintain a smooth and secure user experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling service requests, troubleshooting Windows systems, and supporting business applications in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service desk requests and incidents, delivering timely support for desktop, laptop, and user access issues.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Windows operating systems, common business applications, and basic network connectivity.

• Administer user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra to ensure appropriate access and security.

• Provide hands-on and remote assistance to employees across connected office locations using standardized support practices.

• Support the reliability of end-user technology by documenting issues, tracking resolutions, and escalating complex problems when needed.

• Assist with troubleshooting connectivity across sites operating on Fortinet-based networking infrastructure.

• Help support key real estate business platforms, including property management applications such as Yardi and related systems.

• Contribute to upcoming automation and AI initiatives by supporting implementations, user adoption, and issue resolution during rollout activities.

• Experience providing desktop or help desk support in a detail-oriented business environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10, in an end-user setting.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
• Experience managing and resolving service desk tickets with strong attention to response time and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
