Location: Cazenovia, NY Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality copper wire products while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.

• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production

specifications.

• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support

efficient production. * Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Successful candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in producing quality work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
• Successfully complete a background check, physical examination, and

pre-employment drug screen (marijuana excluded)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing role

• Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FAST-PACED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Currently hiring for: Second Shift: 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Third Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

COMPENSATION

• $26.50 - $29.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours worked
• Annual performance-based wage increases
