Valley Queen Cheese Factory
Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to operate and monitor whey processing equipment in our modern Milbank, SD facility. This role handles daily production of whey and dairy ingredients, including system start-up, process checks, sampling, sanitation, and documentation. You’ll follow GMPs, food safety, and safety procedures while coordinating with operators, maintenance, and quality teams to meet yield and quality targets. Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
