HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST IN BLOOMFIELD, CT
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Analyst to join our client in Bloomfield, CT. This individual will be responsible for a variety of accounting-related tasks, such as volume reports, payment verifications, purchase order duties, and more. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Ranging from $22 - $25/hr, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Full Time Schedule, Overtime Availability
- Located in Bloomfield, CT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports
- Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
- Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices
- Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors
- Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line
- Administrative Office directives
- Extensive data entry projects
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 years experience with accounting or economics background
- Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred
- Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of DC operations
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
