Responsibilities The front office is the heart of the hotel: the team greets guests, attends to requests, and introduces them to the brand. The Night Manager leads the front office night shift to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction. Supervise the front office team on night operations, leveraging a diverse range of skills including analytical thinking, problem solving, and strong interpersonal abilities to enhance the guest stay. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience during the night shift. Qualifications Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Night Management role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment. Advanced knowledge of front office operations, with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
