Sr IT Recruiter position

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Sr IT Recruiter position. The candidate can be located in Chicago, Indianapolis , Atlanta, or McLean, VA . The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizations. This role will partner closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while building strong pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional services positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and hiring requirements.
• Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through inbound and outbound recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that improve candidate quality, hiring efficiency, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, sourcing partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize market intelligence, talent trends, and competitive insights to advise stakeholders on recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
• Drive recruiting process improvements through the use of metrics, analytics, and recruiting technologies.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership while serving as a strategic talent advisor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical and professional services roles.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting efforts while consistently meeting hiring goals.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
