Digital Services - Global Business Unit LeadDescription -Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in business partnering, strategic financial support, and long-term planning. This role will play a critical part in guiding business strategy and supporting the organization’s transformation toward Software, Services, and SaaS-based business models.Partner closely with business leaders to support strategy execution and business model transformation to Software/Services/SaaSContribute to long-term planning (LTP), budgeting, capital optimization, business case development, and project management activitiesLeverage KPIs and SaaS-specific metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, etc.) to deliver actionable business insightsEnable data-driven decision-making through robust financial analysis and performance metricsMentor and guide analysts and peers, particularly in software and SaaS financial practicesLead complex financial analyses, demonstrating deep business understanding and effectively “telling the story” to influence outcomesResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Business Partners and Strategy teams to translate business strategy into financial models, one-pagers, and five-year plansPartner with the Strategy team to manage investment planning, initiative spend, and ROI trackingPrepare financial analyses and oversee Capital Optimizer initiatives, supporting quarterly governance processesReport and analyze KPIs by providing key inputs, producing reporting outputs, and delivering insights to Business Partners; develop and maintain SaaS P&L viewsDrive financial transformation by building tools, capabilities, and processes that support the SaaS business modelProvide financial support for major initiatives, including internal controls, organizational changes, M&A, and post-merger integrationEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experienceTypically 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial management, FP&A, accounting, or a related fieldKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of SaaS business models and industry dynamicsAccounting and financial management expertiseAdvanced data, financial, and variance analysis skillsFinancial modeling and long-range financial planningKPI development and performance managementProcess improvement and continuous optimizationProfit & Loss (P&L) managementCross-Functional CompetenciesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong results orientation and execution focusHigh learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environmentImpact & Scope• Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.ComplexityProvides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
