About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Global Sales Enablement to lead a transformative initiative in the sales enablement space. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in enhancing the sales enablement function and managing large-scale transformational moves to ensure the right sales skill set and knowledge are in place. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing annual business unit and geography enablement plans, leading new-hire onboarding, and advancing the future vision for enriched seller learning. Key tasks include defining and advancing sales skills, portfolio knowledge, and solution training, as well as leading the activation strategy and planning. The role demands a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership or management consulting, a proven track record in global roles, and an advanced university degree or equivalent experience. Applicants for the VP, Global Sales Enablement position at the company should possess excellent communication, influencing, and executive presence skills. The role requires the ability to manage large, complex programs, drive strong alignment across teams and geographies, and oversee financial planning and forecasting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage stakeholders through influence across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have extensive business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience in sales operations management. Advanced prioritization and relationship management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the company's policies and processes, are also necessary. The role is focused on driving the organization's strategic goals, elevating role-specific, outcome-based enablement, and accelerating the transformation of the sales business.
