Farmington Veterinary Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative. This position is full-time with flexible weekday/Saturday availability required. At Farmington Veterinary Clinic, our Client Service Representatives are the heartbeat of our front desk—welcoming clients, supporting our veterinary team, and helping create an experience that feels warm, supportive, and community-minded.

Qualifications for role:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience REQUIRED
• Previous customer service experience in veterinary medicine/human medicine highly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and compassion
• Answering phones, emails and non-medical inquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating appointment reminders and rescheduling missed appointments
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information
• Keeping the front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms clean
• Reviewing charges at checkout and reconciling the cash drawer accurately
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
