What You’ll Do As a Team Member at BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving a variety of smoothies, juices, and other menu items with care and precision. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and sanitizing. Handling cash and operating the register accurately and efficiently. Assisting with inventory management, including restocking and organizing supplies. Performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, squatting, and lifting approximately up to 30 pounds as needed. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service environment. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for health and wellness. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. The ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks with ease.
