Distribution Shift Leader / General Manager Development Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for our next General Manager! District Shift Leaders participate in a targeted General Manager development plan to learn how to be a bagel boss. Once the plan is complete, you will be next in line to take ownership of a bakery as a General Manager when a position is available. Responsibilities District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and are expected to support other bakeries in the market as needed. They travel to gain independence, coach and train team members, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Shifts begin as early as 3 a.m. for baking and store opening. Leaders also learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P & L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
